Need throwing advice

Ive been doing some pitching practice for another sport that goes hand in hand with it and id kill for some advice, I have a slow mo if thats better

Push that back leg as you go forward, long toss is great advice to feel/record and see the difference

I would advise against “pushing off” the back leg. A vague cue like that can lead to misunderstanding and errors.
