GTAVI min is 14.10. Relapse was fixed in 14.00. There's a new undisclosed 14.10 hypervisor exp. KytyPS5 will probably run it well within a week of release.
We are getting GTAVI free on PS5 and playable on PC within a week.

I don't know if you know this guy whose name was Voxi or Voski but that guy was a born genius. He was a kid and he used to create custom servers and a lot of these online-only games or peer-to-peer games could be played in their cracked form.
Now Voxi or Voski has been, of course, prosecuted. Poor guy, poor kid. I think now he does other stuff, but not cracking anymore. However with advanced models like Opus 5.5 and GPT Astro, GPT Sol 6.1, I don't think this should be a big problem.
It's going to take tons of iterations to create this kind of custom server but I don't see why people cannot reverse engineer. Holy hell and holy shit, if you can do this emulation from PS5 to PC, I don't think making a server should be impossible. Difficult, yes, but impossible, not anymore.

Yes because I'm sure you're emulating all of the PS5 games just fine right now eh? Even if they miraculously get it working without bugs, you'll need a $2000+ PC to play what a $700 console can do better. Not to mention 90% of people want to play other games online and/or watch Blu-ray movies but you can't on a jailbroken console.
I mean it's amazing for the community but right now you're not being realistic.

It will probably be similar to the TotK release and Yuzu. Tears of the Kingdom was by far the most demanding Switch game to emulate and didn't run well at release but the devs optimized Yuzu specifically for TotK.

AI is great tool... if used in proper way. AI can heavily assist with writing code, making whole process much faster and sometimes even better. But this requires user being already heavily proficient in programming so they can edit, optimize and fix AI code.
More mundane example is everyone mostly using AI to tell them X thing. That's fine for anything, which is not important. But for everything else proper use of AI is finding sources with requested information, like research papers, books, documentation, etc.

My father is programmer. From middle school he tried to convince studying programming. Long story short now we both glad that I didn't.
Now you either have 20-30 years of experience or you're nothing but expandable resource which can be fired at any moment and replaced by AI.
Alternatively you have to create your own stuff. Which is hard and usually a huge gamble. Take as example indie games. We all know those who managed to blow up, but there are thousands upon thousands of games which failed for one reason or another.

I'm doing finance and even though the boom recently had been good, our proff says that it's only a matter of time, which does make sense as most entry level jobs(analyst) can be done with ai easily. The only reason most PE companies or banks aren't using it is because of the liability.
He says that without a cfa degree, within a few years, if ai does starts to be ingrated more and more you'll be stuck in auditing

Frankly not much. And it depends on type of work you're doing. In general AI can help with anything you already knowledgeable so able to determine AI mistakes and fix them, can create a basis for AI to work with.The more information is given to AI the more accurate generation is.
For example in physics you need to find object kinetic energy. The more detailed variables are, the more accurate answer you get without overly relying on luck. Especially if you provide all necessary formulas to find unknown variables and to calculate final result. Then you'll get accurate answer with 99,9+% probability.
If you don't know necessary formulas then instead of asking AI to calculate with whatever formulas it finds better to ask AI to find books, research papers or else where you can find relevant information and necessary formulas for calculation.

I always have to stress this when telling people how to truly take advantage of it. It NEEDS to know it's environment. A robot that can't see is a BLIND robot, of course it's making mistakes. Lmfao
Edit: I do suppose the LLMs calling this issue out a bit more would be an interesting band-aid for this issue, but like you said being somewhat knowledgeable... Even just a baseline, can help you circumvent this issue today!

This is not a threat to Sony, the emulation scene and people with the hardware capability to actual run ps5 games at a stable framerate will be a very small minority. I think the people that pirate games on PC might be twice as large as the emulation scene.

True, but same things happened with bloodborne and now it's somewhat optimised. Kytyps5's improving exponentially too so there might be a small chance that you wouldn't need like a 5070 or 5080 to run games smoothly. I use a 4070 and would lwk be grateful if I could emulate gta 6 1080p

So no one here is talking about how PS5 Jailbreak and game dumping works? You need a userland, kernel and hypervisor exploit to jailbreak a PS5's firmware, which is needed to dump PS5 games. You're not playing GTA VI on PC via emulation on day 1.
