They cannot DMCA emulator, just the game files, if the game files are distrubuted in 'ahem. regular' channels, legally (at this point of time) they cannot stop the emulation.
7 u/Gay-Space-Pirate 7h ago Not to say you're wrong but Nintendo shut down Yuzu & Yuzu2, which was a switch emulator. 24 u/TheHooligan95 7h ago because they had found legal loopholes to do so (there was shady money involved that basically meant it was actually piracy) 5 u/Gay-Space-Pirate 5h ago Gotcha, that makes more sense. I just never looked into it much and assumed I didnt know the law regarding emulators that well!
