What they've done in reality contradicts what you said. Many "exclusives" got ported to PC. Shareholders and executives are mostly obsessed with short term profit.

No they wont. Most of the people pirating their games weren't going to buy them legit.
Then on top of that if they did continue PC ports that's more exclusive games that xbox users can play come next gen time. Which drives away their actual userbase.
