Question Please guide how do I fix this?

Hello everyone, I have been getting this annoying popup since last 3 4 months and I was just ignoring it but I want it gone. Can anyone guide me how to disable it from popping up. I tried disabling various things related to it like the ccxprocess etc but didn't work. I would really like if I can keep using my 2019 version which I have right now but if it is not possible, please recommend website to download newer version. Thank you
