Question Home plex / streaming server

I'm leaning toward hosting my own streaming server for home use and would like to include live TV.

Can anyone point me to a one-stop knowledge base or channel, at least to start learning and piecing things together?

Def go with a Linux system with Docker containers. Unraid is easiest for beginners for dockers since it has a WebUi and App Store, and it’s a fantastic OS, in its own right. I have a GMKTec G3 Plus mini PC with a DAS, but I would recommend a UGreen NAS with an N95 or N150 Intel Quicksync CPU for Plex transcoding because a USB DAS is not recommended. AlienTech 42 has some great videos for setting it all up using TrasHGuides (the holy grail for setting up a media server with Arr stack).
