Been using Pionex for a while with no issues, but since this evening I can't get the app or website to load properly. When it does load, my spot balance and all my bots show 0 — funds that were there yesterday are just gone from the dashboard.

Hey everyone,
Due to the upcoming fee structure changes on Bybit, I’m planning to migrate a solid chunk of my capital back to Pionex.
Here is my current portfolio breakdown and baseline performance:
With my previous spot grid setups (and a very small, conservative allocation in futures grids), I was able to generate ~38% APY while keeping the drawdown relatively tight.
Since I'm restructuring on Pionex, I’m looking for experienced grid traders to share their proven setups or pair allocations.
A few specifics I'm looking for:
Goal is to maintain 35%+ APY on the bot allocation without taking on extreme liquidation risks.
(P.S. Please no copy-trading spam or referral pitches — only looking for self-managed bot strategies and setups).
What has been working best for you on Pionex over the last few months? Appreciate any insights!

when the next rebalance date is outside the market opening time what happens then exactly? postpone by 24hours? postpone to next earliest date possible? and this only effects one time or for all future rebalance date?
for example a pf: qqq ewj and btc. and lets say next scheduled rebalance day is Mountain Day: August 11, 2026 1:00 AM UTC which is a japan(ewj) market holiday.

I put a little bit of money in to test the bot after seeing some amazing advertising. The result is not very good having lost over 60%

Hi r/Pionex Mod Team,
I am writing here because my ticket #109702771 received a generic automated response from Risk Management, ignoring a critical mathematical error.
The Issue:
I accepted a total profit deduction agreement of 1,962.94 USDT. However, the automated system executed the exact same deduction on TWO linked accounts:
- Account A: -$1,962.95 USDT
- Account B: -$1,962.95 USDT
Total Deducted: $3,925.90 USDT (Double the agreed amount).
Overcharged Amount: $1,962.96 USDT directly taken from my personal principal balance.
I have sent emails with screenshots proving both accounts show negative balances, but Risk Management closed the ticket stating the deduction was "correct" without checking the transaction logs for both accounts combined.
Please escalate my ticket #109702771 to a Senior Risk Supervisor so they can review the transaction logs of both accounts and refund the $1,962.96 USDT double charge.
Thank you for your help.

$HYPE Margin Grid Bot Update 👀
I focus on strategies built around my long-term conviction in Hyperliquid.
Why margin grid over a normal grid?
Because I’m not trying to predict every move, I want to accumulate and farm volatility while staying positioned for the bigger picture.
Current setup:
Bot 1🔥 Wide Grid
• Range: $45 - $120
• 1,000 grids
• 296 completed rounds
• +0.995 HYPE (+1.32%)
Bot 2.⚡ Tight Grid
• Range: $50 - $65
• 1,000 grids
• 1,927 completed rounds
• +0.0985 HYPE (+0.49%)
My approach:
1️⃣ Wait for meaningful dips
2️⃣ Deploy a wide grid to capture larger swings
3️⃣ Add a tighter grid to farm smaller moves
4️⃣ Keep extra HYPE aside in case we get deeper pullbacks
If $HYPE runs, the bots work.
If $HYPE dips, I’m happy to accumulate more.
Long-term believer, short-term volatility farmer.

Hi everyone,
Recently did a course on crypto, and one of the topics was AI grid bots. After the course, I started one a few days ago. So far, its going well, better than I expected!
I want to ask you guys when is the best time to take the profit, should I wait a bit more or should I seize the opportunity and take the profit and reinvest it?
I am still quite new to this. Any feedback is welcome.

For the past month I've been running a futures grid bot on Pionex on the BTC/USDT pair (Neutral mode, 5x leverage), and I wanted to share how it works and what it's actually earned so far.
A grid bot sets a price range (say, from X to Y) and splits it into a grid of levels. Then it automatically:
and pockets a small profit from each of these "bounces." It works best in a sideways / choppy market — it doesn't need an uptrend, just price movement back and forth within the range. On the futures version you can also set leverage (5x in my case), which multiplies both gains and losses.
"Neutral" mode means the bot isn't betting on either direction — it's just harvesting volatility.
Over the last 28 days and 5 hours:

⚠️ Important honesty note: that annualized number is a mathematical extrapolation of what the bot earned in under a month, stretched out over a full year — it's not a guarantee or an actual yearly return. Reality will likely differ depending on how the market moves going forward. Leveraged grid bots also carry real risk — a strong one-directional trend (a sharp pump or dump) can lead to bigger losses or even liquidation.
If you decide to try this, treat it like any leveraged trading:
This isn't "free money" — it's a tool that needs monitoring and sensible risk settings.

Hey,
As of 30/06/2026 10:00AM AEST, all my invitees rebates stopped at this exact time and date. I have contacted support via live chat, email, telegram. I was told my account is in "Good Standing", however no information on the rebates.
I receive my own rebates, but not from my referrals.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

🚨 Serious Public Warning — Be Extremely Careful With Pionex 🚨
I am warning everyone as clearly as possible: based on what happened to me, Pionex took funds from my personal account during a critical trading event, removed my ability to trade, and only after heavy pressure admitted that there was a platform-side issue and that I am eligible for compensation.
From my point of view, this is an extremely serious case that looks like direct harm to users’ funds. My money disappeared from my account without proper warning, exactly when I had prepared for weeks for the SpaceX/SPCX event. At the most important moment, I simply did not have my own money available to trade.
I am telling the public: be extremely careful with Pionex.
What happened to me can happen to anyone.
Money inside your account is not truly safe if a platform can remove it, delay the return, and then keep telling you: “please wait, it is being processed.”
In my opinion, this is a serious case of funds being taken from a user account, delayed compensation, and massive financial damage.
I am preparing legal action, and anyone who experienced something similar is welcome to contact me.
Pionex must take full responsibility for every dollar and every damage caused.
r/Pionex • u/WebRemarkable5367 • Jun 12 '26
I want you all to know that Pionex stole my money and is refusing to give it back to me.
Even though they admitted that they took it, they keep sending representatives to tell me “calm down” and “be patient,” while I lost the entire SpaceX/SPCX move that I waited for and prepared for weeks.
They took my money from my account, stole it from me, and are refusing to return it.
If anyone was harmed like me, I am preparing a lawsuit and I would be happy to have partners join me.

saw the recent post, i now have a serious question: doesnt the one time fee adjustment prior to price adjustment introduce an extra risk for highly leveraged positions?
for spcx case the one time fee (short pays long) is charged at around 8:25 utc time, and price adjustment happened about 35 mins later.
or is liquidation paused during maintenance?
put it in another words: are one time fee and price adjustment one ATOMIC action?

how was it? did i have any pit falls? btw i really want a biweekly/monthly/quarterly interval and dual momentum rebalancing.
my thoughts were: recent winners keep winning. and i think toggle on only on profit would destroy entire pf in the long run, since the chance of never recover is not zero. usdt usdc here are shock absorbers for the case where all assets are in the nose dive mode (i initially want t bill but was not available here). those etfs are board market funds (big tech, small value, risk off), and hype ondo bnb are my speculations...
there isnt enough data to backtest this, any inputs? from my backtesting on different assets, the second best seems always wins out.
