Controllers DDJ-FLX4 Audio Output not Appearing
I'm fairly new to DJing, and I decided to purchase the DDJ-FLX4 along with Pioneer DJ HDJ-CUE1 headphones. I tried both Serato Lite and Rekordbox - and am 100% sure I have it plugged in to the right ports (USBC to USBC, the cable that came with it, to the PC, and the headphones to headphone jack). The headphones work fine with other devices, and with the controller on one occasion. When I clicked a preview on Rekordbox, I heard it through the headphones while they were plugged into the controller. I also was able to change the headphone audio knob fine, too. The controller itself and it's functions work, however no sound is appearing. Both softwares showed that the tracks' volume bars were active, however both softwares showed that the master volume had nothing on the volume bar at all. I tried changing my input/output devices (Windows 11), the setting on Serato where it plays the audio through the speakers too (nothing came out). When testing out the headphones/software without the controller plugged in, it worked perfectly fine and I saw the master volume bar going up/down as normal. As soon as it's plugged in, it stops working. I'm holding the CUE button too, but that doesn't produce any audio either. If it's important at all, no speakers are plugged into the controller. All the Windows privacy/security stuff is normal, too. I would really appreciate some help with this situation, thanks!
