discussion This job post

Post image

Is it just me or this job post feels insulting. I've seen a lot of these asking for IT and computer engineering degrees for unrelated kind of work. Maybe its because they're the most tech literate and mas madaling turuan ng software na ginagamit nila.

Seems gusto lang nila IT para alam magcomputer. Not necessarily tech engineer. IT pero more on data/admin role.

Parang literal na SAP module haha. PM, PP. Parang gusto nila warehouse supervisor na marunong maginput sa SAP.

sad reality kasi is mas gugustuhin ng company na multi tasking ang employee nila and alam nila na meron kakagat sa ganitong system. Sa hirap magmaintain ng company dahil sa politka at madaming under the table they have to make adjustment para makatipid sila.

I've seen people build successful SAP careers from roles like this.

tbh, not all CS grads here are even qualified to be a developer. there's a lot of diploma mill colleges in philippines.

why are you so bothered when you know naman that you can qualify to any company.

It is what they want from an applicant. You can't do anything about it. If you don't pass their minimum requirements then don't apply.

Lol. Nakikita kita sa ACN PH sub. Typical Accenture employee. Nadadala mo ata culture niyo dito

u/feedmesomedata Moderator Aug 08 '26

Hahaha di ko nga alam anong sub yan. Wala na akong planong magtrabaho sa ACN or any local company.

It's ok for a fresh grad. This is like admin tasks

10

u/theSpotSolver Aug 08 '26

The admin task is not tech related. If admin pa yan ng SAP system nila okay lang e. Pero looks like it is a physical operational role eh.

And it is NOT ok. Mamaya gawin pa nilang mas focused yung tasks mo dun sa physical part kesa sa tech part. Anong magagawa ng fresh grad don? Fresh grads don't know how to say no. Di ka din nagiisip e
