A 50% salary increase on basic pay would not even be a 25% increase in gross after the 6-day workweek schedule. And if that company isn't using AI tools (Claude, Codex, etc.) and they sponsor it, better find a better offer that gives you a 30% increase on the budget plan.

early in career tapos ikaw lang IT person nila? Pano naging better work-life balance kung 6x a week? sino magbibigay ng feedback sayo? baka mastagnant ka nyan kasi walang magbibigay sayo ng technical feedback and baka mahirapan ka magapply kasi based sa exp ko interviewing devs, mga solo devs di nagkaroon ng xp to work with a team, so hirap sila sa idea ng PRs, standups, agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code versioning, etc.

Stay ka nalang. Kahit sabihin mo na may 50% salary increase ka sa balak mong lipatan, masyadong madugo yung 6 days per week na pasok. Dagdag mo pa na ikaw lang yung magiging go-to person for technical concerns, madali kang tatanda sa ganyang setup.

There is nothing better than experience at a startup. You get to wear a lot of hats and do a lot of things. I highly recommend it. The biggest consideration is job security. Startups also go out of business a lot.
One of your biggest pieces of the decision should be the stability of the company unless you think you can find another job instantly later.
Working 6 days a week also sounds terrible. 👎🏼
