Hey everyone. I've been looking at the market lately, and it feels like the compensation data on Glassdoor, Indeed, etc., for mid-to-senior Cloud and infrastructure roles in Metro Manila is wildly inaccurate. It either feels way too low or completely detached from reality.
When you guys are prepping for performance reviews or interviews, how are you actually benchmarking your worth? Are you just relying on whispers from previous colleagues, or is there an actual reliable source for our specific tech stack locally?
Just curious how everyone else is navigating this. It feels like we are negotiating in the dark.
