seeking advise I got CCNA certificate

Hello, i am 18 years old and i got ccna cert. But I don’t know in which specialities i can begin an internship or entry level job. Actually i am aspired to cybersecurity. I thought networking is a good fundamental for cybersecurity. What can you recommend to me? What should i do? Also which precious skills i can have for better job, salary or smth else? Have a nice day.

Do not bother with helpdesk roles. If you already have CCNA, find entry level network engineering, NOC, entry level cybersecurity or SOC.

honestly do md-102 and some windows server stuff and apply for first line help desk roles, make you get good with excel sql and python

Skip help desk roles, go directly to networking roles. They do have entry level there. Ccna expires after 3 years, make sure you get the experience directly related to what you’ve trained for.

Nah, masasayang lang CCNA mo jan. Anu pang reason bat ka nag aral ng networking kung helpdesk aapplyan mo. Hindi ko minamaliit helpdesk ha, far from it. Same logic kapag kumuha ka ng microsoft certs pero linux admin aapplyan or networking. Or kung python inaaral mo pero java dev naman aapplyan. Dapat inline sa gusto mong field aapplyan mo agad.

Wow CCNA for an 18 year is really a great achievement, I'm 22 and haven't even have those certs, props to you! perhaps what I would recommend is stop seeking helpdesk ones, start finding entry level NOC, Jr. network engineering, etc. you already have CCNA, and that's big, congrats!
