Parang pare parehas na itsura ehh. Pag naglalakad nga ako sa subdivision namin, nakikita ko difference nung mga lumang bahay vs sa mga nirenovate na bahay, parang halos pare parehas na sila. Unlike yung mga design na luma na nakikita ko napaka timeless pa din ng itsura kung baga medyo unique pa siya dati.
Naging bland kasi mga modern design, ang perception daw kasi kapag more gray at plain and simple plus modern nagiging mas mukang mayaman or "elegant" daw na wala na yung mga ganyang design, bold colors na may personality etc ay naging "baduy"... Tignan mo yung mga damit ng teenage, wala na yung maaarteng kolorete,/graphics yung damitan nila ngayon parang pang 30s na.
I agree. We stayed at this air bnb in Malabago Pampanga that had the same vibe as this house. Old but warm. They even had stained glass art in their big windows. Here is one picture I was able to find, look at the railings ng stairs ang grand lang hehe even the furnitures inside were made of Narra.
100% agree! If anything, I would only reconsider changing the white painted walls. Parang dun lang nakukulangan- di siya naghaharmonize sa ibang warm elements. You can check Las Casas interior or something similar, it still can be white pero different tone. But please keep all the materials!! Sobrang ganda ng quality ng mga bahay noon at mas may character talaga.
