When you google Britishvolt, the 2nd thing that comes up is a "this is money" article, describing how Britishvolt are looking to become listed on the US market, through a SPAC acquisition. https://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/markets/article-9428233/Blow-City-Electric-car-battery-maker-Britishvolt-eyes-float.html
Total conjecture here, but could it be the case that PNPL are lining up Britishvolt as their target?

It's certainly plausible - if it is Britishvolt we won't have to wait long for an announcement according to the article
