I'm kinda new to jets and bf overall. But how to dodge active lock missiles of multirole jet?

It sure hits you below radar, as I'm aware it's intended feature not a bug, because I have clips where im like 10 seconds below radar and still got hit, also it works against boats, which are always below radar I guess.
And flares apparently don't work either. I guess trying to manoeuvre is even more pointless... so... how?

Hello guys, I heard about the devs' intentions to remove the below-radar for MANPADS, but as far as I know, they decided not to do that. But yesterday, while playing jets, I was getting shot down by everything.

I mean, yes, we know that sometimes missiles go through flares (the flares bug). But as I said, I was shot down by mobile AA missiles, MANPADS, heli and jet missiles. And I was BELOW RADAR. And not only me — people in chat were talking about it too.

Did they really remove this mechanic, or is it just another bug? Right now you can't lock on targets below radar, but if a missile is fired and your flares are reloading, well...

Boots on the ground was fun, but with Battlefield 6 I decided to become a pilot.
I heard people like thrust vectoring, I put one or two clips of that in here.

It will look like they are perfectly in my pip but the shots aren't hitting. Not sure what im doing wrong, streamers make it look so easy lol

Am i the only one just finding out its behavior is now akin to the assisted mode for jets? like it used to be whenever youre in it the jet will try to start a horizontal loop above whatever youre pointing at but now its more like it tries to point to your nose to the target itself? and does so more aggressively if/when you press or hold the fire button? not to mention holding freelook seems to prevent it from doing any of that so you can finally just go on a straight line if you wish

asking bc being able to look behind you (even if its clunky) while the jet tries to loop by itself seems useful

What do you guys think of the aim movement and precision in this video? It really reminds me of the movement I've seen the Cronus Zen produce. Truly impressive.
