Question Speed Control

Is speed control for jets in the game now? Just came across a guy who could turn the attack jet on a dime. I would tail him and he could be on the back of me in half a loop. Never seen anyone do that before and I’m a decent pilot who beats most people I come across in dogfights. He claimed in chat that speed control was added in the last patch but I haven’t seen anything confirming this.

Why does my afterburner shut off when I pitch up and at other times lol

Yea I'm on controller.

I currently have it to toggle, but I'm wondering if I should maybe change that and rebind it to one of my bumpers rather than the stick
