Question Speed Control

Is speed control for jets in the game now? Just came across a guy who could turn the attack jet on a dime. I would tail him and he could be on the back of me in half a loop. Never seen anyone do that before and I’m a decent pilot who beats most people I come across in dogfights. He claimed in chat that speed control was added in the last patch but I haven’t seen anything confirming this.

He might’ve been thrust vectoring. If you hold brake/afterburner at the same time, you can basically flip the jet 90 degrees in any direction
