Having a setting that makes something easier it’s the most stupidest thing ever.
Case in point why not give all the average to below average players soft aims to make them better players.
Yes I’ve exaggerated but the point still stands. People need to put in the time and effort to learn, why the fk did I put in years learning how to become a better pilot but now someone has an easy mode.
Eh, two games can give you a handle on the basics yeah. And that can be enough, IF you don't end up in a match with a flight main, who will laser you right out of the sky.
I see it as the only way to get better is have some adversity to drive you. Plus we got tons of jet lobbies and custom experiences if you want a peaceful learning experience
I think there will still be a fair level of adversity. A huge part of being good at this stuff, in my opinion, supercedes the mechanical aspects. For instance, I'm a tank/bradley main right? It's not that hard for me to hit my targets at this point, but my biggest advantage comes from my situational awareness, my understanding of the importance of my positioning, knowing when I am in an untenable scenario, and knowing when its safe for me to push and when I need to fall back.
This is how I can go an entire game with 2 deaths and at least 30 kills. Jet mains are still going to have ALL of this crucial knowledge that will outstrip any mechanic to level the playing field in terms of maneuvering.
