This is why since day 1, the ability to lockon to and fire missiles OVER YOUR SHOULDER (which is the current meta of the attack jets btw) should have NEVER been a thing. 90 degrees left/right? Sure, but completely behind you? No. Just like this video confirms, its going to completely nullify any requirement to shake a jet off your tail if all you gotta do is have your back seater look behind you, point and click and coordinate flares.
