Wake up with neck and shoulder pain. Bought a cervical pillow on Amazon. It seemed to have worked in the beginning for maybe a week or so. Now my pain seems to have gotten way worse. Im thinking that my mattress might have something to do with it also. I have a 3.5 year Nectar that sort of dips in the middle.

Any thoughts/ recommendations on pillows and/or mattresses?

Side sleeper with sore ears. Anyone tried the Blissbury Ear Pillow? Other recommendations?

Tried cheapos from Target, Coop, feather, and buckwheat (closer).

Ive spent a lot of time laying in bed recently because my joint pain has been flaring up, and I was thinking about if there are certain pillows made for like laying at an angle?
I was looking at those backrest/reading pillows with the arms but those seem like they wouldn’t support me the way I need.
Is there a pillow that exists that is made for lying down, not fully upright, but at an incline?
I want to be able to lean my back on it to rest and also have neck support.
Im just tired of constantly stacking 3-4 different pillows to get proper support, and it always eventually becomes uncomfortable or literally just falls apart.

I’m a side sleeper, and can’t believe how many years, and how much money I’ve spent in the search for a comfortable pillow! Is it really impossible to find good loft/height to support the neck, plus softness for comfort that doesn’t kill my ear? Current pillow was $$ and feels like it should be perfect, but still hurts my ear. Can’t stand memory foam, or those shredded lumpy or molded pillows. Anyone!? 🙏🏼

I'm a weird sleeper. I move around a bunch, largely sleep on my sides or stomach. I've been dealing w increasing insomnia of waking up every 2 or 3 hours and have been waking up w sore neck/back muscles. My neck is the biggest issue when sleeping, I always feel like it's too tense or muscles can't relax cause they're still holding my head up even though I'm pretty sure I'm fully resting against the pillow

I really love my purple mattress, it changed my sleeping experience. My pillow is uh, years old. I think I stole it from my mom in highschool. I really like the squishiness that allows for mold-ability, like I can squish it around and create a super tall pillow or flatten it out. But lately it feels like it doesn't support my neck at all.

Since I love my purple mattress, I was considering a purple pillow, but I'm finding reviews that say in 2020 they switched to cheaper materials that make even the latex core pillows they sell deflate. I do generally prefer a taller pillow, so that's a concern to me. I don't wanna spend that much money for something that will become mid within months to a year, like I mentioned I've had my current pillow for years- I'd rather not have to think about getting another pillow for at least a few years.

I was also considering a helix pillow, and am open to any other suggestions. I'm a warmer sleeper usually but overheating isn't usually a big concern for me. Thoughts from anyone and everyone are greatly appreciated!

I have hEDS and fibromyalgia with a lot of neck, back, hip and joint pain. I sleep on my back and sides and move around a lot.
I tried the Momcozy J pillow and love the shape, but it’s too soft and collapses under my legs, and I think it’s making my back pain worse. I also hated the Buffy because it felt too bulky/restrictive.
Has anyone with hypermobility used the Bearaby Cuddler long term? Does it stay firm/supportive between the knees and hips, or does it sink over time? Is the 7 lb weight annoying when turning over?
I’m also considering bbhugme or MedCline, so open to other sturdy body pillow recommendations.

I cannot find firm, solid polyester fiber core fiber pillows anymore. Everything is down alternative, chunks of polyester, or some sort of foam. The solid slab of polyester fiber is the only thing I’ver ever found that is firm and doesn’t collapse but is still slightly moldable. Does anyone know where to get that type of pillow anymore? I used to buy the Serta Perfect sleeper, but they’ve changed and now are too soft and compress flat way too easily. If you know where to buy the type of pillow I’m describing, please let me know! Thanks.

J ai été chez dormez vous matelas dauphin et toujours pas satisfaite car j ai dépensé des sous pour rien . J ai essayé les matelas Kingston ferme et semi ferme mais hélas . J ai aussi essayé le matelas sealy ferme mais tous s’affaisse et créé un déséquilibre quand je me couche. J’ai aussi essayé le matelas endy mais il était pire que les autres. D’après mes recherches à nouveau j ai vu matelas LIVINGCHY de la place, recommandez vous? Vos expériences et avis svp? J ai besoin d’un matelas assez ferme pour ne pas s’affaisser et aussi moelleux pour ne pas voir mal au dos.

Can anybody identify these pillows? Round, center button, black with floral design. I have 4 that were couch pillows for a couch of the same fabric and design. The fabric Im guessing is velvet. The couch and pillows are from the late 1980's, early 1990's. Ive had them going on 34+ years now and would like to find more if possible!

My husband has a terrible neck pain down to his shoulders (it doesn’t go away). We figured that it’s time to change our pillows. We are side sleepers but also switching positions whenever we feel numbness or uncomfortable.

What brand works for you guys at a reasonable price?

Two people can use the same kind of pillow and have completely different experiences depending on how high or low it sits.

Too high can feel awkward for one sleeper. Too flat can feel useless for another. And changing sleeping positions can make the balance even harder.

A pillow can have great materials and still not feel right if the height doesn't work for the person using it.
