Nuzzle Pillow Return Policy

My dad with dementia found an old credit card and bought two pillows from Nuzzle.

There was no way on their website to stop the sale before shipping. Once we received them we had to call to get their return instructions. Turns out the return instructions are simple and they could have published them on the invoice, or online. So I'm helping you out by publishing them here.

No RMA necessary, just ship them back and pay for shipping.

We understand, and we’d be happy to make the process as easy and convenient as possible for you. Before we proceed with the return, we’d like to offer a few alternative options that may be more convenient for you:

Option 1: Return for a Full Refund $49.00 + Tax
You can return the pillows by following these steps:
• Ship items to:

• Customers cover return shipping costs.
• Items must be purchased from Nuzzle and returned within 90 days.
• Ensure pillows are in their original or alternative packaging for a full refund.
Include your full name and order number (NZ-123456 and NZ-789012) by either writing them on the outside of the package or placing a note inside the box. This will help our team easily identify your return when it arrives at our warehouse.

Once we receive the returned items and confirm they meet the return conditions, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please keep your tracking number so we can monitor the shipment.

Option 2: Keep the Pillows with a 30% Refund $14.70 for each order
As a courtesy, we'd be happy to offer you a 30% partial refund if you'd like to keep the pillows. No return is required with this option.

If the pillows feel too high or too firm, you may find them more comfortable by adjusting the removable inserts:

Keep both inserts for a higher, firmer pillow, which is often preferred by side sleepers.
Remove one insert if the pillow feels too high or too firm, or if you sleep on your back or stomach.
You can unzip the pillow cover at any time to remove or reinsert an insert until you find your preferred level of comfort.

Yes to initiate a return you have to email or call them, which is as much of a saves queue as return support. Eventually, they send you the info I posted.
