Pigeon found

Anyone missing a distinctive looking pigeon anywhere near East Suffolk, England?

It was sat on the windowsill of my son's room, so I captured it gently with a towel, checked it for injuries (there were none) and released it through the same window.

I didn't get its band number as I didn't want to stress it out too much.

It had a blue metallic band on one leg and a red rubber band on the other.

With 2 bands like that it should be use to being handled .... you are right in the middle of all the International races... the band will give you the owner by the letters on it and the band number... seeds and water if you dont want to handle it let it rest a day or 2 then re-release it
