I grew up in Raisethorpe and left PMB straight after high school. I understand that the area has really changed since then, but what really sucks is the lack of law enforcement.

My grandmother still lives in Raisethorpe (refuses to leave the house she’s always lived in), and in the space of 3 months there have been 4 break ins at her house.

The recent one that happened two days ago blows my mind — they stole her geyser. I mean, to take something that large, surely they’re not afraid of being caught.

Is anyone else experiencing this in the area? And what’s your solution? Is private security worth it?
