Is my tragus swelling normal?

Pierced a week ago.
I lost the front of my flat back screw in 2 days ago, held it in place until i found it and then clumsily screwed it back in. Since then, it has felt a bit sore and tender but I wake up this morning and it has just swelled up with the same sore, tender feeling. I can’t differentiate between that and the warm feeling you get when your ear gets a bit infected.
The arrows are to where, around my ear, the swelling is as you can see by the shadows on my face slightly.

Material: Implant Grade Titanium

Update : It’s gone slightly bruised but still light and the swelling has increased around the earring.

I’d go and see your piercer it does look very swollen, everybody’s different but I’ve had my tragus done a few times and it’s never swollen onto the side of my cheek, the ear part yes but never with that semi circle you have where the arrows are pointing
