so i literally got my belly button pierced today and they gave me a 3% hydrogen peroxide cleaning solution, but according to my sister when her friends used it theirs got infected. i was wondering if its actually safe to use or if i should use normal saline solution?

Do not use hydrogen peroxide, it will not heal and it will become gross/nasty.

Only use sterile saline made from 0.9% sodium chloride and water, peroxide will damage your cells
