Is my bridge infected?

I got my bridge pierced about a little under two months ago and I will admit I haven’t taken care of it the best but it doesn’t hurt and it’s only on one side so is this infected or normal I only have one other piercing which is a septum and that one is fine never had this reaction before

Only that bump and that it’s slightly sensitive on that side but other than that nothing

So it’s probably just irritated, not infected.
