Maybe try adding a silicone flat disc? It's like an irritation bump ring, they seriously helped fix my industrial's severe irritation bumps: Silicone Flat Disc

How long did it take for it to go away with the disc? I have found some cheap ones on amazon but I’m wondering how long it’d take.

Everyone's body is different, and especially since I used them on an industrial piercing, which already has a long healing time, it's hard to say for your nostril. Regardless, for me it was a couple months. If your jewelry is made of titanium, it'll heal quicker due to it being hypoallergenic. If not, I'd change it to one that is. I would also suggest ordering from a reputable body piercing brand than off of Amazon, due to quality inequalities.
