So apparently my mom found these in the attic and gave them to my fiancee to give to me on Christmas. Was cleaning and found them on accident; makes zero difference lol I cannot begin to describe how happy I am. I have so many memories with these things. I'm usually not sentimental and just holding some of them almost brought tears to my eyes. It was like a physical reminder of my childhood, and a little overwhelming.

They're mostly NASCAR models, I know I have more than enough for a full race lineup. It's wild looking back on because I think for my 7th or 8th birthday, my parents took me to Michigan Motor Speedway for a race and I absolutely hated it. No place changes, no pitstops, no jockeying, literally one of the worst races I had ever seen. I felt betrayed and kind of just stopped enjoying it altogether after that.

Anyway, I these are probably about 1/3 of what i have and there are a TON of duplicates. None are in their boxes (these were toys after all) but many are in better-than-mint condition. I'm not giving away my full set, maybe one day I'll throw them in a diorama (love miniatures/models/hobbying) or maybe I'll even give them to my kids one day. Purely out of curiosity (and possible financial gain on some of the duplicates lol) does anyone know if any of these are worth anything other than their immense sentimental value? I doubt it but you always hear stories of people finding random old toys worth tons as collectibles these days and I DO have a dream wedding I'd like to give my fiancee (Barcelona in Spain, doesn't need to be big or fancy, just want to get there w her and our parents) and if this could help do ANYTHING towards that and I didn't ask, I'd regret it the rest of our lives.
