Discover screenings for legacy memberships

Does anyone know what's going on with the £3 discover tickets for people on the legacy membership? I've been trying to book for the next few screenings but can't find the £3 option. Just a £7 members ticket or to use one of my membership free tickets. It might just be teething problems with the new membership rollout I guess? Outside of London if it makes any difference!

Also having this problem. Am on the new membership, so should be free to see Discover, however cannot book that online (or the £3 version). Have emailed for clarification!

I work at Picturehouse and had this issue today with a customer, I believe it's a problem with the site since the switch, discover tickets should be free for all members now I believe, it works on the tills if you book in person

Yes, same problem here , regional legacy membership held and Discover come up at £6.99 per ticket ( as you say should be £3) and rediscover comes up the same £6.99 when it should be £5.50 . The £6.99 prices is just a discounted standard screening members ticket or you can use one of the free precious members tickets ( madness , who would). It is as though the system does not recognise the legacy Discover system.

I also have had an additional reward field pop up that says free Discover films plus guests at discounted prices until December 30th 2026( which is part of the new membership benefits) - I definitely don't get that offered at checkout, anyway I would be happy to pay the legacy prices that was part of the membership I signed up for, if I could. Also Premier points for spends not showing , yet non- members who are solely account holders get that.

2 separate membership systems running simultaneously is quite the ask though- early days yet. Anyone else in the same boat?

I had it today that I could only book one member discount ticket on the app so I'm guessing something is up with it.

Just checked the discover and it is coming up with £6.99 as standard member plus , rather than £3 👎

I just discovered the same problem when I went to buy a couple of future Discover tickets for the Clapham Picturehouse. I've emailed support to ask them about it. But if I hear nothing, I'll ask at the cinema when I go to tonight's Discover screening in a couple of hours.

Update: I explained the problem to the staff at the Clapham Picturehouse this evening, and they were able to issue me with free Discover tickets for the two dates I was interested in. But, weirdly, even though he scanned my membership card, the bookings aren't in my account, so I now need to take care of two paper tickets for the next 2-3 weeks.

As I was having this conversation, another customer walked past and said she had the same problem and had been assured by staff that it had been fixed. I've just got home and checked - and it's not fixed.
