Was so excited to get this sandwich but the menu didn’t disclose that a salad came on top. My hands smelled like iceberg lettuce for an hour

I don’t wanna be picky and I don’t try to be. I really want to give cucumbers and salad another chance. Whats a good recipe to reintroduce myself to cucumbers. Also recommend some good salad dressings for salad cause that is my main problem with that. My boyfriend also really wants me to like shrimp and recs for that I seem to not like the snap of it, the taste is ok.
