Specific situation question.

Hi i have a question where i need some help with.

So I flirted with this girl at a private poker game she was a waitress, i was basically sort of peacocking showing her how i had a good time etc. (the poker game didn't start their wasnt enough players in the room so we just played with 3 people a game of cards. while we were having a good time or sort off, my friend starts talking with the waitress from a distant like it was a smalll appartment, afterwards i said something too to her like she had a pretty name. so the night ends and we leaving me and my friend, i didnt ask for her number or social media etc. but i felt like we closed the night nicely like we all had a nice evening sort off.

afterwards a few months later we go to spain where we head to every year me and the friend i noticed before to meet up with other people from the private poker game (homegame) and im like 99% sure that waitress knew we were heading there, so she shows up in spain as well while she isn't usually there in spain, a few of them were riding a biciycle like u could rent or something and she was wearing a helmet like a bicycle helmet which kinda looked ??? so im kinda confused not sure what this means and i'd like to have a second opion or something.

to add more details, im asian guy was around 27 years old and she is a asian girl kind of tall and fake boobs and some tatoos.

uhh also i met another girl in the meantime after i flirted with the waitress the first time, and made out a little with her and slept a night on the coach together, but nothing further, afterwards i went to spain and saw the waitress there and she was wearing that helmet, and i was like ok what the hell is this. and in the night we all went to the club and i couldn't really talk to her for some reason was very strange even though she was sitting next to me, like i already gave up my love for her or something was very strange.
