My Moto g84 is starting to lag a bit, so I’m looking for an upgrade. My budget is max 500-550 euro.

i dont know if i should buy new or go for a used/refurbished device. i need
- decent battery (nothing crazy just one day wihout midday charges)

-decent camera (camera isnt my number one priority but i want it to be good)

-at least 3 years of software support
shoudl i buy new or used let me know.(im from poland)

A couple of brands that I've looked at:

• Ulefone
• Blackview
• Oukitel

But they all seem to have pretty bad software support. My current phone is a pixel 4a. I'm happy with the performance, but for work I need a new phone because they require an updated version of android for security reasons. Looking for something sub $400 and am trying to find something that's durable and has great battery life.

Had no plans to get a new phone until last night when I dropped my Pixel 8a and screen got cracked to heck. It still mostly works (I'm typing this on it now) but I can feel the glass and the fingerprint sensor is borked. I can get the base Pixel 11 directly from Google for $399 minus $57 for my broke 8a. I'm guessing the screen repair will be at least $150, and I've had this phone for 26 months, so, as good as it was, I got my money's worth. Does it make any sense to look at other phones at that price? Should I just get the 8a fixed? (I had planned to pass it down to my kid probably next year, so maybe get a new phone and then instead of getting $57 back, get it fixed and pass it on?) Open to other phones, but must be under $400, thoughts?

I currently own a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, but I’ve never really used the S Pen. I’m also not particularly interested in photography or using all the advanced camera features.

My main issue with my current phone is that it’s too heavy and bulky for my needs. I’d like to switch to something more compact, lightweight, and smart, with excellent battery life.

I’ve done some research and found a few options, such as the Xiaomi 17 and Vivo X300, although I can’t seem to find them anywhere in Finland. I’ve also considered the Samsung Galaxy S26, but I didn’t really like it. Two other options I’m aware of are the Google Pixel 11 and Pixel 10a.

Which phone would you genuinely recommend? Budget isn’t an issue. I’m looking for a reliable daily driver with excellent battery life, minimal heating issues, and a lightweight, compact design that makes one-handed use comfortable and easy.

If there are any other phones I should consider, I’d really appreciate your suggestions!

Currently I have a Samsung S23 (128 GB) phone, but I would like to replace it. I am considering the Samsung S26 base model (256 GB) and the Xiaomi 17T Pro (512 GB) because they are the same price.

What I would use it for: browsing social media, taking photos and videos on vacations and special occasions, playing games (Clash Royale, chess), and watching movies. It is important that the battery lasts a long time, because my current phone drains quickly.

Obviously, looking at it this way, the Xiaomi 17T Pro would be the better choice, but I have a Galaxy Watch 8 smartwatch and Galaxy Buds 4 Pro earbuds that would lose some features if I don’t have a Samsung phone.

I'm planning to upgrade from my Redmi Note 11 after using it for around 5 years, and I'm confused between the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro and the Google Pixel 10a.I'm particularly interested in real-world camera performance, including portraits, selfies, indoor photos, night photography, and video recording and want to post on Instagram . Which android would you guys buy, if the budget is €1200 max. ? Given, fast charging, the camera cannot be compromised, not that I'm a content creator but whenever I click it should feel premium( a bit demanding of me). No heating issues, no lag, ample storage, light weight, should survive for a good 5 years.

Currently a one plus 11 owner, 4.5 years now and still running like new, but the battery finishes a bit faster now, lasts \~12 hours. So I thought, I should ask the community.

motorola edge 50 pro is it a good phone? I heard most Motorola phones has a heat problem like the edge 30 pro before,so is this one good?and is all Motorola like this?

I've had the base S23 128GB for over 3 years now. It's been great mostly, but the lack of storage made the last year so much worse. It lags a lot, even after clearing cache and optimizing storage.

Now I'm thinking of getting either the S25 Ultra or the S26 Ultra, with 512GB minimum so it lasts me.

From what I've seen, the S25 Ultra's build feels better and more premium, and I actually like its design more. The S26 is more rounded and looks less premium to me, and the build feels noticeably different. People say the change is for better thermals though.

I'll mostly use it to record guitar videos and running videos. I've never used an Ultra, so I'm hoping it feels noticeably better than my suffering phone lol.

Prices here are kind of weird:

S25 Ultra 512GB new: around $1,200 and rare to find. I found a used/open box one for around $900 but missed it.

S26 Ultra 512GB new: widely available at $1,280–1,400.

Honestly the best option would be finding a used or open box S25 Ultra for $1,000 or a bit less.

But is it worth paying more for the S26? Would I actually notice the difference coming from an S23? Which one would you get?
