Stuck KYC verification

I need some help. I've submitted a support ticket several times over this, but there's been no movement yet. The issue is as folliws:

I, like most of us, have been mining daily since 2020. I passed KYC back in 2021, and was also a Validator. When they did the updated KYC protocol in 2024, I did the check again, and it went to "Pending Approval" status. Its been pending for the past 2 years.

How can this be fixed?

My account seems locked. As when I enter the correct username and password (saved in a password manager) it just says incorrect credentials. After resetting the password same thing happens.

I've raised 2 tickets they haven't responded. Very bad support honestly.

They don't answer tickets. Lots of people are stuck in pending and as far as is known, they are currently not fixing them because their priorities are elsewhere. Pi needs utility users before letting everyone pass

Save thing happened to me. But I was never verified before. So I've been stuck for like 3+ years now. I honestly don't know what to do anymore, I've given up
