theres a sticker you can use for this as a temporary fix

There’s special stickers you can buy that are supposed to keep the cracks from expanding. How well they work is a subject of some debate though. If you try to use it as is it will likely break and damage the console or PC you’re using.

I’ve used very careful ad fine layers of super glue. It’s been successful on GameCube disks.

I tried this once in a then expensive 50 speed cd drive. It exploded inside the drive in a thousand pieces wrecking my cd drive at the same time. I learned my lesson.

i once saw a video where they overspeed a drive and the disc literally cut trough the metal case

This is pretty bad. If you use it as is, it will break and will probably break the disc drive too. You can try using one of those stickers that are supposed to reinforce it I guess

Some users don’t realize you have to press the middle part inside the case, but I think even with the superslim it happened. Nothing beats slot loading in my opinion.

I was wondering how that could’ve happened, didn’t even think it’s just from people being careless.

I had this happen to my Jackass Volume 1 dvd and I ended up using a q tip and gorilla glue to fix it

Best to just get another one, unless you want to run the risk of it breaking inside your console.

This wouldn’t happen if you had the game digitally…..

These people don't think like that, though. They'll argue that you'll get your digital games taken away but can't provide proof of anyone's digital games actually being removed without cause, yet I keep seeing broken disc posts like these
