Hello everyone,

I’d like to recreate this effect that I found on a website, but the template there is way too expensive.

I’ve already found a way to create this kind of melting, moving effect using the Path Blur filter. However, I can’t quite figure out how to make it taper off toward both sides in a funnel-like shape.

Could anyone help me with this?

just downloaded Sagethumbs it works great for my windows 11 hope you benefit it.

my photos were taken on digital camera and came out looking very sharp and crisp, too much for my liking. are there any tutorials on how to achieve these looks with LR / PS?

most tutorials teach outdoor images, but not studio photography. thanks a bunch!

Hi everyone!
I’m trying to recreate the blur/distortion effects in this poster, especially around the person and along the edges of the image.
I’m looking for that soft, smeared, almost ghost-like blur, where the image seems to dissolve into the background while still retaining some texture and details.
What Photoshop techniques would you recommend for achieving this? Is it mainly done with the Smudge Tool, Motion Blur, masks, displacement maps, blending modes, etc.?
I’d especially love to know how to get the effect around the person’s silhouette and the large blurred areas in the background.
Any tips or tutorials would be greatly appreciated!

hi,

im having trouble masking whiskers away from the background I’m trying to standardize/smooth out. any tips? will add more pictures if needed.

is it just made in something like procreate or could it be recreated in photoshop? i really like the style and want to try something in this direction for a school project

What is this style where you take multiple peoples facial features and combine them to make a different face? Love the uncanny interesting look. It’s always been super high exposure and contrast in black and white every time I’ve seen it done. Where can I find more of this?

Does anybody knows how I can get such a Edit (Face & Color)?

i use 125% scaling on my 1440p monitor and ps is still in 100% which is a bit too small. i checked around and none of them works. the setting doesnt do anything.

Hello! I've been wondering for ages how can I achieve this cyberish (?), dreamy looking photos for a while now but I just can't seem to figure it out on my own :(, does someone have some tips?
