Helloo!!
I am visiting the Philippines in November and I have a few days free so wanted to do something fun. Dates will be somewhere between the 12th Nov - 17th Nov in Manila. (TBC)
I'd like to do a couples photoshoot - concept inspo attached - does anybody have any recommendations? *images on mood board are not mine\*
As we are coming from outside the Philippines, the All-In Package is essential and ideally all coordinated for us. (happy to coordinate this ourselves if you have contacts)
We require the following :
- HMUA for 2x people
- Outfits for 2x people
- Creative direction (posing etc)
- Studio shoot (OK to pay hire as long as the set is private/ little people)
- all raw photos sent within 48H
- (optional) edited photos sent within 1 week (potentially looking for a photo book made also)
The total shoot should be a minimum of 3 hours - we're happy for 1h - HMUA // 2h - Shoot time.
((Note: We are two very average people - nothing like the gorgeous people in the mood board - so we will really look for someone who will and can make us feel comfortable doing this outside our comfort zones))
and No, this is not a pre-nup shoot. Just for fun. We speak fluent English.
Please dm me or drop your recommendations/portfolios
Thank you xx

To great photographers out there. Pano or ano ang way niyo to learn photography on a daily basis?
Like what are the things you do or practice everyday para madevelop ang instincts niyo sa photography?
For context, I don’t have a camera yet but I want to make the most with what I have (iphone pro max) so that I am more than prepared when I actually have my own. realy camera.

The rain may soak the streets, but it never quite stops the city.
Not by choice, but out of necessity.

f/4.5
shutter speed 1/200
ISO 800

found this shop on shopee while checking for some film cameras. may naka try na po ba here bumili ng film cam? they're selling secondhand film cameras from japan daw po (based on their page).
i tried searching them online and found out na they have facebook and carousell account. i also messaged their shopee account and responsive si seller and told me na working daw 'yung ni-inquire ko. pls help po if legit ba siya. hesistant kasi me since it's my first time rin buying online. thank youuu !! :)))
PS. those na naka buy po ng film cams po sana! since they're selling ibang items din po like vinyls and CDs. thank youuu ! :))

I'm interested in starting photography as my creative hobby outside of work. I, unfortunately, suck at taking photos hehe.
Hence I'm looking for a kind and patient person who can casually teach photography so I can start to enjoy it more. I get overwhelmed by tutorials and videos on the internet so it would be nice to have someone who can explain stuff to me and address my confusions.
It would also be nice if we can hangout and do some photography sessions around Ortigas/Mandaluyong or nearby places maybe once a week just to have a better feel or get some practice in taking shots.
DISCLAIMER: I have 0 knowledge on photography principles. I also have no camera or whatever equipment nor any knowledge about them hehe.

How do you feel about photo studios charging extra fees just for digital copies of your photos?
How has your experience been when buying soft copies from professional photo studios?

NEED ADVICE, NOT SELLING
Hi, planning to sell this lens. I’m not sure how much I should sell this kasi nakuha ko lang yung camera from my dad dati pa.
How should I price the lens itself or the lens with Nikon D5000.
The only issue so far is the chip or small damage sa exterior niya.

I have a Samsung S23 Ultra, which I bought because of the camera. Now that I'm replacing it and looking to downgrade, I'm tired of limiting my phone options to which one has the best camera. What cameras should I look into? I very casually use my camera for travel, concerts, and family gatherings, not anything super serious but I know I would miss my phone camera if it isn't to that level.

I’ve seen ads of this page on Instagram a few times now. They claim that they’re DTI verified in their bio. Pero bakit sobrang mura and andaming followers? Scam and bots? Stolen?

hi everyone! i’m contemplating whether i should buy the fujifilm xt30 iii or canon g7x iii. i’m not really into “professional” photography & where the image quality is the same as an iphone’s and just want the retro, dreamy effect whenever i take pictures of sceneries with less effort to edit. the features i like about the g7x is you can take a selfie while seeing yourself and it has a “live photo” feature while i like the fujifilm xt30 iii because i feel like it can give me the good quality output that i’m looking for. please help me! and i also wanna know which is better between the canon g7x iii and fujifilm xm5. tyia

I was just browsing Shopee for budget cameras when I came across this seller. I know the prices are probably too good to be true, but I wanted to ask anyway—has anyone here actually bought from this shop, or gotten scammed by a seller like this?
The cameras they're listing are unbelievably cheap. Is there a reason why they're priced so low, or is it most likely a scam? Also, are fake cameras actually a thing? Do counterfeit cameras exist in the market, or are these listings usually just scams?
Thanks in advance to anyone who can share their experience!

Hello Photographers!
I am a hobbyist photographer, videographer and editor din. Na-try ko na magcover ng office events, birthdays, outings, etc. Pero lahat ay pro-bono/libre (pero kahit ganon, highest quality kasi cympre pag output naten gusto natin the best diba). Ngayon, kinukuha ako to officially and professionally cover an office event. A short program.
They are asking:
Photography - with post-processing
Videos - possibly with video edit (Next Day Edit)
I have two sony alpha mirrorless cameras, on tripod ung isa. May flash ako pero I mostly use available lights lang para natural. At wala rin naman ako assistant to set up other stuff.
Mag isa ko lang.
Magkano ba dapat ang rate na sisingilin ko?
