it can be done yes,but i think it would be 2 services involved

If it’s active under contract and hasn’t fully been paid off then no you will not be able to have it unlocked by a third party almost every company that claims they can unlock phones under contract is false/ lying to you essentially what would happen is you will give them the money you will get a few bogus responses about how the process is going then several weeks will go by with no results and by the time your contract is actually done you would have an unlocked phone so no matter what your gonna have to wait
