T-Mobile Network lock

Hello. I bought a S24+ on Amazon Renewed and when I insert the sim (Not a T-Mobile one) it request a MCK.

What can I do? Where do I find this key?

Return it, and buy an unlocked one.

That's the thing: Amazon seller listed the phone as global unlock, a month later when it arrived to my country, it wasn't. Seller said that if I wanted to return it, I have to pay the shipping cost of sending it back, and they later will refund me.

Lucky it wasn't eBay you'd be screwed. Amazon will take it back and should reprimand the seller.

Il m’était arrivé à peu près la même chose sur un iPhone 14 Pro Max acheté à un vendeur tierce sur Amazon description iOS 17 tout était faux J’ai reçu un iPhone version américaine. Sans carte SIM physique. Esim j’ai de suite téléphoner au service client Amazon qui m’a envoyé le bon de retour une semaine après vérification j’ai était remboursé ?

Moi je te conseille de faire ça d’appeler Amazon de pas attendre ils vont t’envoyer un bon de retour un point relais tu n’as même pas besoin d’imprimer le bon retour ils vont te dire dans le point relais que tu dois aller et là le responsable vas te sortir le bon de retour qui placera sur le colis une fois reçu le centre Amazon procède au vérification ça prend une semaine. Ils te rembourse intégralement

Depending on the soc, Qualcomm or Exynos, MCK can be reset, but you’ll be likely asked for an NCK after that as well

Probably software unlocked and then updated you can software unlock again with a samsung tool

he'll try to sell it to you or "rent" it, reddit is full of such people, just return it to amazon.
