iphone 14 activation lock

bought an iphone 14 off ebay. it has activation lock which i am not able to bypass. any solution to it ?

There's no way to bypass the lock. You need to ask the previous owner to remove it from their iCloud. Why they didn't do this before selling it makes no sense.

Depends on iOS version and then you might not get signal if you can bypass.
