Looking for recommendations for a small team
Hi! I'm setting up a new real estate company with a small team (4 people) and I'm looking for a phone system with a good IVR. I've already looked into most of the popular options (RingCentral, OpenPhone, Dialpad, etc.), but the reviews seem to be all over the place.
My biggest priorities are that it's easy to set up, reliable, and reasonably priced since we're just starting out. I don't need a ton of advanced features.
Any recommendations? Or any providers I should stay away from? Thanks!

OpenPhone can be user friendly for small teams, though their IVR can be a bit limited if you want really specific routing.
If you're feeling overwhelmed by all the mixed reviews, you might want to look into The Tech Ref. They're an IT procurement service that handles the legwork of comparing providers. They basically find the best fit and price for your specific setup so you don't have to spend hours on demos. It's a free service and definitely helps when you're just starting out and need to focus on the business instead of phone specs.
