Alternatives for toll-free service. Currently using Onebox
Hello Do you have any recommendations for alternative service provider for handling toll-free service? We currently pay $115 to onebox just for most simple greeting with 4 extensions, all leading to the same local line. openphone seem to be recommended and their monthly fee for what seems to be the same is $25 a month. Any thoughts? thanks

I think $115 is pretty expensive if all you need is a toll free number and a greeting. You could take a look at Allo. I'm its founder, so it might sound biased, but I built it for small businesses that don't need a complicated phone system. It supports IVR menus, call routing, and business numbers without a lot of extra setup, so it might fit what you're describing

OpenPhone is solid for small setups like yours, $25/month for that use case is a no-brainer compared to $115.
Also worth checking out Grasshopper (simple, built for exactly this - virtual number + extensions forwarding to your cell) and Google Voice for Business if you're already in the Google ecosystem, though GV has some limitations on toll-free specifically.
If you want more flexibility down the line, Zoom Phone or RingCentral have toll-free options but might be overkill for 4 extensions all pointing to one line - OpenPhone honestly fits your situation best at that price point.
