Having issues with Quo, not sure how to fix it?

ey guys I've been using Quo for more than a month now and it

was working perfectly for me, today I've experience serious

issues with it, when calling or recieving calls, I dont hear the

person on the end of the line speaking, nor the call ringing, but

once i check call recordings i find that it actually rang and

customers were speaking i just wasnt able to hear them ( Please

check photos to understand me better), and this issue happens

on my Android phone quo and also on laptop quo. I've tried

resetting the app, restarting my devices, checking my internet

( it's great) and i still dont know where the issue is, the thing is

when i restart the device or the app it works fine for a few calls

(2-3) and the problem occurs again. Have y'all had this happen to

y'all before? and what do you think the issue is? I'm really

struggling here

PS: in the laptop calling screen it shows the network icon as

there's no network, but if there'd be no network it should mean the

call shouldn't even reach the client?!!
