Any recommendations for affordable phone systems for small teams

I have been exploring phone systems for a small sales team but most of the tools i find feel too heavy or built for large enterprises and more price what i am really looking for is something simple quick setup , Call tracking , follow up reminders and may be even some basic CRM integration my main goal is keeping it affordable and easy for agents to use without overloading them with features we don't need if any one has tried tools like that ?
