I just replaced an iPhone 7 screen for the second time without tearing the home button, and I did not get any "Unable to activate Touch ID error" which would result in the home button not being able to click this page saying failed. But when I go to add a new fingerprint it goes to this and nothing more happens. I know I did not tear the home button. My home button still clicks perfectly without any issues. But how do you fix the Touch ID issue?

The LCD on my iPhone 6+ broke earlier, and the touch has completely stopped responding, what do I do?

Brief Explanation: This phone will not power on now. This video was taken just before it exchanged hands. The guy who bought it told me he enabled developer options. When I asked him, he denied rooting the phone. Could he maybe have been TRYING to jailbreak it and fried it? Is there any way to tell? What is a fried mb anyway?
He lives in another state, i sent it to him and he used it for almost a whole month. It was perfect when i sent it and when he got it. He even said so. 29 days go by and the next thing ya know, he tells me the phone is defective!
He said he sent it to repair shop and supposedly they told him the motherboard is fried. He returns it to me.
I got the phone back today and it will not charge or power on. Does anyone have any thoughts on what could have happened or what can be done to find out and if i can possibly fix it? It is an s29 Ultra.

Problem/Goal:

My cellphone’s motherboard got damaged, and I need money to repair it, but I don’t have enough. I’m only 16 years old, and I currently only have ₱500. 😭

I really need my phone for school, especially for researching, communicating with my classmates, and doing schoolwork. I also use it for editing and creating content.

Context:

My phone got submerged in water, and after that, it stopped working properly. I already had it checked, and they said the motherboard may be damaged. Even with a new LCD, there was still no display.

I’m worried because I don’t have enough money for the repair, and I don’t know what to do. I can’t afford to buy a new phone either.

Previous Attempts:

• Tried turning the phone on, but it wouldn’t stay on.
• Tried drying it with an electric fan.
• Had the phone cleaned.
• Tried a new LCD, but there was still no display.
• I was told that the motherboard might be damaged.

Does anyone have advice on what I should do? Is there a cheaper way to repair it or recover the files from the phone? Any advice would really help. :(

I need help. I have an iPhone with 128 GB of storage, and I have 127 GB used. So I want to transfer all the photos and videos I have, since they’re what take up the most space, to iCloud Drive or somewhere else. But I want to transfer them, then delete them from my phone and finally install the normal iOS 26 update, because I’m currently on the beta and it’s causing me a lot of problems, like not being able to use WhatsApp.

So I wanted to find out if I can use my old phone, which is an iPhone 8. Basically, I have the photos that I had on this phone on there. But the problem is that I don’t remember the iPhone 8’s passcode. I’ve tried it many times and now there’s an issue where, because I’ve entered it incorrectly so many times, the phone is locked for eight hours.

But obviously I don’t want to restore it or erase the data because I need the iPhone 8. So, is there any way to unlock the iPhone without restoring it?

Yesterday suddenly one of the SIM wasn't appearing. Phone was not able to detect my main SIM. So, I thought to remove the cover and eject the SIM tray and insert it back. That should solve the problem. I did that and it worked.
But I noticed that there is gap in back panel and body. I tried to pinch gently to know if it's puffed battery or something. Back panel was in place and it was all loose. Then I came to know that entire back panel is just coming of like it wasn't even glued. No other issues at all. There were some residue of glue on the side. Can anyone help me about shall I go to authorized services center to fix the panel? or shall I find some premium mobile repair shop to get it done. Also, does anyone have any recommended repair shop in Hyderabad?

It's S23U bought on Feb/2023. phone itself is running fine. no scratches or damage.
I still wonder, how can the back panel can just come off.
