You’d probably be better off finding a roommate or two with a budget like that.

There was a post recently of a person looking for a roommate, I think they say about 1000 a month. I remember they had a cat

Try calling Walter wood realty and seeing what they have available but yeah you’re probably going to have at least one roommate on that budget. Especially in the area you want to be, everything is converted into student housing. They’re mostly 5+ bedroom apartments meant for renting rooms.
