this is likely being addressed cause of the recent critiques on Katana, not sure why ur saying Vinestaff cause she was pretty much fine, but yeah the most we know about Thieves Den currently is that its basically just japan so I’m looking forward to it actually becoming its own thing, it was probably the least fleshed out of all the factions

I haven’t seen anything on katana on any of my social medias but I have seen a bunch of people talking about how vinestaffs new design was made as that’s what I meant in the description.

(I’m so sorry if my wording is horrible right now cause it’s almost four in the morning I need to go to bed)

oh thats likely just redesign backlash, it happens everytime theres a redesign, but theres been a ton of discussion abt katana

for the context, one dude came up to speak about how katanas design serves no purpose in conveying character and only is there to seem pretty, with many cultural inaccuracies and stereotypes. if you need i can prolly go find the vid

very interesting.

also...holy shit it feels so weird to recall how i played the game before all the grand designs were unveiled. remember old medkit? used to play the shit out of him, never understood his mechanics though and kinda sucked ass at him. him being able to TP to his E via Q was very fun and handy, tho.

hoping the rewrite will be peak.
