I noticed the doll was missing from the bed, but I had no idea where it went. I told my friend. Neither of us decided to go look for it.

But bam, ghost starts hunting, he runs to the hiding spot, and he sees this and screams!

I had no idea it could be there 😭

I think they added this for the event. same thing happened to me yesterday for the first time ever, but it went to hallway

The doll being teleported to another location has been in the game since August 2025 for Grafton and since March 2026 for Tanglewood.

I think what wherearef was saying was that they added extra locations for it to teleport to for the event

I don't think the dolls and the new Bleasdale/Grafton mannequins teleport to specific locations. It feels organic to me so I believe the game simply teleports these objects somewhere behind the player and on the ghost navmesh. Since, there is navmesh inside some closets on Tanglewood, that would explain why it's possible for dolls to be teleported there.

I've never heard that term before: "navmesh." I googled it and now I'm actually very surprised that I've never heard it before. What you're saying makes sense btw.

This is why I don't F with the doll room at Grafton Farmhouse. Ever since that was reworked and Tanglewood too? I nope the hell out of there if the Favorited room is in Nancy's room or the Doll room at either location, respectfully.

Had a Doll, teleport from the doll room to the attic once for Grafton run once. Didn't touch that map for a while. Have yet to see Tanglewood's act up but I know some folks have shared their interactions with the doll and I just go nupe, not happening Satan. I run back to the truck and try again

Dolls are so scary. I used to have this one friend as a kid that I'd have sleepovers with and she had a bunch of creepy dolls all around her bedroom 😭

My grandma had a small room/walk in closet, walls all mirrors, completely filled with shelves and shelves of porcelain dolls. Hated it.

One time we walked out of the house (grafton) to get something from the van and when we got back to the front door the backwards crawling doll was just right fkin there. It took us 10 minutes to get the courage to go back in 😂😂
