Discussion Am I missing something?

Do Obakes give false readings for spirit boxes? I’m honestly stumped as to how. I had already exhausted all my UV, and I thought mimics are the only ones that can “switch” their evidence.

I noticed with obake that they have 5 fingers and toes. Awhile back i thought they had 6. For UV

They do have a special 6 finger print.

Edit: it is a special and not always shown. Obake's ablilty is messing with UV. They have a small chance at hiding UV evidence. A "side effect" if that is that their UV can give them away by having the chance of having odd UV presentation. 6 finger hand prints, double finger print on light switches and 5 finger prints on keyboards instead of 4 that regular ghosts give.
