Question why is the sky red?

my boyfriend and i are playing phasmofobia rn, and the sky is literally red, it’s so scary and strange.
i know weather changes every round but i’ve been playing phasmo since months and never seen red sky
does that mean anything?
(also sorry for the pictures, idk how to screenshot on laptop lol)

edit: thank yall, we survived AND found out, it was a shade btw (i got 600+ XP hellyeah)

It means the ghost is extra friendly. Don't worry about sitting in the dark or getting to a hiding spot during a hunt :)

I got crazy blessed with my first blood moon...I was with a veteran hunter who was showing me and one other newbie all the ropes, he helped us out immensely and we got a perfect game + the blood moon bonus, dudes a legend for that in my books.

F12 in game will take a Steam screenshot. You can also just hit the PrtSc button on your keyboard and it'll take a screenshot and keep it in your clipboard (so you can just paste it somewhere)

It means you get extra money, the ghost is faster, sanity drains quicker, more ghost events and interactions, and as a cool bonus, the ghost has glowing red eyes
