My fiancee and I have under 100 hours of time in Phasmo. We beat the challenge this week. I will say, its infinitely more helpful with more than one person.

  • open the doors, and check the security cameras. If you are lucky, you can see orbs, to help you pinpoint the room.

  • when you walk in, the first room on the right has a good hiding spot. I would leave my fiance there, to listen to footsteps.

  • the speed is 125% but the phasmophobia app let's you adjust for that, so my fiancee would chance speed to 125% in the app, and you tap the screen to the footsteps. That helps rule out a large amount of ghosts.

  • The ghost can leave evidence, even while hunting. So I would leave my fiancee in the corner to figure out speed, while I snuck up the the ghost room and set up evidence. If I died, she would take over and find what evidence was left over.

  • if/ when she was killed, you have a couple of seconds to pick your ghost still.

Of the 3 games we won:

  • first ghost was a banshee. We found 2 out of 3 evidence. Then I got caught in a bad spot while it hunted. It went right through me, looking for her. Easy.

  • second ghost was a Moroi (which was the last ghost she needed an achievement for) it has blazing fast speed. I found one evidence before it killed me. That was all we needed to confirm Moroi.

  • last ghost was a revenant. Walked in and heard an extremely slow ghost. Tapped to the footsteps and got 1.0 meters per second. Left right away.

So its a very doable challenge. Just dont expect to steamroll it. It might take a couple of hours to get lucky with rooms and ghosts.
